Welcome to our community!
I am a Georgia native and a retiree with the State of Georgia. I was also a partner in a Home Remodeling Business for many years where we bought, remodeled and sold properties. I became involved in Real Estate full-time after my retirement in 2010.
I am currently a member of the Dekalb Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Dekalb Women’s Council of Realtors.

CMA Comprehensive Market Analysis
Generally, the first thing your real agent will need to do to provide you with a CMA is to inspect your property. This inspection won't be overly detailed nor does the house need to be totally cleaned up and ready for an open house.
HUD HOMES
A HUD home is a 1-to-4 unit residential property acquired by HUD as a result of a foreclosure action on an FHA-insured mortgage. HUD becomes the property owner and offers it for sale to recover the loss on the foreclosure claim.

We are a Full Service Real Estate Company Our Agents are Full Time, Part Time, New, Intermediate, Experienced, Residential, and Commercial. Because there are so many different types of agents, we offer a variety of commission plans.
BUYERS FEES
There is NO CHARGE to you if I assist you with the purchasing of your new home. The seller pays me to bring them a buyer. I am there to gather as much information as I can to assist you with making the right decision.
